how do you complain about ebay.?

i think it is totally wrong that real fans of take that have had to suffer by not getting through on websites or telephone lines because either the system crashed or the lines were engaged. i tried to get through from 9.00am until 3.00pm and they were constantly engaged. i have subsequently been on to the ebay auction site and there are over 3000 lots of tickets for sale. how do you make an official complaint. these people are ruining it for the diehard fans of take that who have to pay over the odds for unofficial tickets and some maybe too naive to realise that the tickets may be forged. please can someone help me. i am enraged.

eBay is stupid…people should just go by their stuff at a store or something like that…

try saying something like ‘ebay sucks’ or maybe ‘i do not like ebay.’ or you could come up with your own complaint and express it some form. like you have here for example.

It is the people who pay these prices that you should be mad at. It’s the basic law of supply and demand, and if people pay 300% the face face of a ticket, then there are those that will sell them. we ran into the same annoyance here in Detroit with the Superbowl and World Series.

Try the better business bureau, In some states they do not allow EBay to sell tickets on line. And there are some reputable people on EBay that are legit. Complain to EBay too or you can complain to the promoter or artist.

Hiya dude, I’m so sorry to hear that you missed out on tickets and I share your rage. I managed to get two excellent tickets for Newcastle via internet but I know many of people who missed out. I think you are best complaining to the venue and Take That Fan club.

    Hi!

I have to TOTALLY agree with you on that one!

Unfortunately, you’ve no chance of taking ebay to task – all they’re interested in is the money they’ll be making.

I too was on-line as well as on the phone all day and the systems just kept crashing.

I really don’t blame you for being so enraged.

Hiya, I know what you mean, it’s really annoying that so many tickets are on EBay, and the true fan’s who tried all day yesterday couldn’t get a ticket. I really think that it’s the promoters fault for giving them to ticket touts; someone on answers yesterday said that EBay had tickets Thursday night, when she asked how they had got them so early they replied that they knew the promoters and they had given them a lot of tickets. It’s about time they were prevented from selling them on EBay, apparently Kylies promoters did stop her tickets being sold on EBay once they knew of the problem. So let’s hope this does not happen again. And lets hope TT do other concerts and we are lucky next time. You are right about not knowing if they are genuine tickets i would never buy them. Also people are paying extortionate prices and they will just see the same concert as people who have paid £45.00.
