Do you guys remember on the 2nd season of Making the Band that the girls were recording a song called “Tell Me”. Well it turns out that Diddy and Christina Aguilera ended up recording the song for Diddy’s new album, thanks to my good friend Odai for the heads up and Carol for the radio rip. On the Billboard Hot Digital Songs chart, Danity Kane drops one spot down to #15 with Show Stopper, despite a 3% increase in sales for their single. Sales for Show Stopper this week were 35467, which bring total sales to 245,720.

HDD reported that Danity Kane’s album has fell to #8 from last week’s #4 position, with a 26% drop in sales, shifting approx. 59,556 copies this week. Total sales are approx 493,000. So far, the girls have had a stable run with their album, debuting at number one and slowly dropping. The chart run thus far is: 1-2-4-8.

Fresh off their number one debut atop the Billboard albums chart in late August, Danity Kane are launching a “party tour” at various clubs in cities across the U.S. After a signing at the Nordstrom store in Escondido, California, on Saturday, the ladies will head down to San Diego to host a party that night at Aubergine. They’ll do additional Nordstrom signings and host parties through October 28th. Click read more for more information on dates and locations.
