Unfortunately domains like .com,.org,.us.biz aren’t free. I would say your best bet would be using http://www.hosting24 to host your domain because you get a free domain name. (Note you still have to pay for hosting). Feel free to use the coupon code "SAVE2".

    i haven`t heard of any one offering free domain
    sub domain yes but top domain you have to but it
    hosting there are a bunch just do a search for free hosting

    There is no such thing as a free domain — not if you want a good one. Free web hosts do exist, but they have their limitations, and more often than not the headaches that come with them aren’t worth even their free price. However, there are web hosts that also offer domain registration, so that you can get both in one go. Check out http://buywebspacetoday.com/ for recommended web hosts.
