You can use a free host like http://tripod.com It’s not hard if you have a little bit of computer experience. If you have no experience, you’re not ready to make a website.
There are MANY jb websites. Do you really have something to offer the fans that none of the other sites offer? And you have a lot of problems with spelling, are you sure you want to put that out there? People won’t be happy with it.

I think google has an icon that can let you do that. Go to google homepage and see.

Well, there are alot of good answers that people have posted, but I think that weebly.com is the best! I made my website there http://www.Hellowurld.weebly.com
