How do i make a fan website for free?

I want to make a fan website of the Jonas Brothers,Demi Lavato,and Kristen Stewart!!

Open Notepad and write it. Then upload it to a hosting service, buy a domain name and you’ve got it.

    You need either website building software or need to learn how to make websites by coding in html. Coding in html is difficult and time comsuming. I suggest you do a search for website building software comparison to see what fits your needs. You probably want something that is a wysiwyg format, so that you can see how the site will look while you are making it.
