Hey! I want to create an official website for myself but I do not want just a regular website layout, I would like a fan site layout similar to these:

Mostly like Madison Pettis and Everything Noah so can someone please tell me how to get layouts just like fan sites but without it being a fan site. Is it possible? Also if it is possible can you tell me how? I also don’t want the disclaimer thing at the bottom if that’s possible. Please answer with details and all. Thank you and God Bless! =)
Do you know any html or css? It looks pretty easy to code a copy of those pages using html and css to me. Research the box model if you want to code it. If you dont want to code it then just use a CMS like joomla. joomla has hundreds of free templates that im sure will look like this.
