Creating a free website?

I want to make a free fansite and I’m not sure which website is easiest & best to use. I’ve found freewebs, blogger, wordpress, tripod & also fan-sites.org but I’m not sure how to use that one! I would really appreciate advice & any other suggestions! Thanks in advance xoo

    well if your going to do a website well at least make it fun you know where you could chat and and hang out when ur bored
