You can use a free host like http://tripod.com It’s not hard if you have a little bit of computer experience. If you have no experience, you’re not ready to make a website.
There are MANY jb websites. Do you really have something to offer the fans that none of the other sites offer? And you have a lot of problems with spelling, are you sure you want to put that out there? People won’t be happy with it.

I’ve made flash videos that are getting a lot of positive feedback from viewers so I was thinking of creating my own site to put them on. Then planned on using Google Adsense. Is this legal?
