I don’t know what to say/ ask?

So basically I’m 13 and I play habbo hotel. I work for a fan-site so bla bla bla. Basically lots of us were talking on Skype yesterday and we were talking about concerts that we might be going to, I said I’m going to see panic at the disco (which I am, but with my brother..) and someone else , who is my ‘friend’ is going to the same one.. at the same place/time.
And then he was like, OMG WE COULD MEET. And to be honest I probably would meet him, he’s only a year older than me and we talk a lot and have the same interests… but then what could I say to my brother? He’s 4 years older than me and very over protective, and if I did meet him, he’d tell my mom.. so what do I say to her?!
Also i cant really say, sorry im not going anymore, as hes saw my skype pic.. :/
