Does anyone know a free fanhosting website for beginners?please i dont want piczo, freewebs nor none of that.?

Im 13 and i want to find a free fan-hosting site.im a beginner and i want a site that you don’t have to have a domain i order to apply. i don’t want piczo, blog-sites, myspace, freewebs, webs nor none of that..i just want a free fan-hosting site for a celebrity that i want to make a website on. i found a website named fansitehosting.org but it doesn’t even tell you where to go to start the site. It just has a control panel. please help me! i’ve been searching for a very long time!

What is wrong with the free sites you listed? I don’t see how anyone can suggest something that meets your needs better if you don’t say why those aren’t meeting your needs.

What is wrong with the free sites you listed? I don’t see how anyone can suggest something that meets your needs better if you don’t say why those aren’t meeting your needs.
