Can I get sued for making a hate site about Six Flags?

They banned All Time Low for sticking up for their fans and security there maced KIDS who were like 13 in the face for being too rowdy. So now I can’t see ATL and ANY Six Flags show. Can I make a hate site/blog and stuff or can they sue if they find out?

And if you’re an ATL fan then you should know that if anyone messes with our boys, they’re messing with all of us!
Hon that’s the first amendment. The second is the right to bear arms.

If they were doing things wrong at the park (the 13 year olds), than they deserve it. Six Flags has every right to protect it’s park from people doing bad stuff at these parks, and messing with other people that are coming to the park. Why should juveniles get away with bad stuff just because they feel they can?

After finding out what really happened with that band, I still think the park’s security even though there was definitely not enough security, don’t find them at fault for macing the people involved. Why? It’s because those teens were acting like rioters going on stage. If you were in the band, wouldn’t you be scared that some person is going to hurt them? That’s why there is security that is protecting those people, and of course the band is going to side with the fans. Those are the people buying the records, but really they are probably thinking holy cow, we could have gotten hurt. If they get hurt, who do you think gets sued? Six Flags of course.

There could people that hate the band there also. You never know, and you never know what rioters are going to do. They feel they can do anything because no one is going to stop them if they are in a group. They feel they can’t go to jail if it’s a lot of people.

I don’t see why they would sue you for writing what you want to write though about Six Flags. I think you would be better off writing a blog about how all those fans rioting ruined your chances of them coming to another Six Flags park. Think about at another venue (not Six Flags), and they had some band up there. I think they would start macing people also if they started coming up to the stage one after another.
